Training
COACHED SWIM SESSIONS
Each session is supervised by one or two qualified BTF coaches (ranging from Level 1 to Level 3) – check out our coaches page for more information. Swimmers of all abilities are catered for at each session with lanes for different abilities – anyone who can swim 200m of front crawl without stopping can attend the sessions.
The swim sessions are:

You have access to FREE taster sessions as part of the trial membership arrangement. Once you have joined Tri2O the cost is £67.50 for a 10 Swim Sessions card that can be used whenever you like, or £6.75 per swim. Get in touch for a Trial membership if you would like to come along for a taster session.
RUN SESSIONS
We have a blend of virtual, coached and group runs for club members. This is in addition to our winter run series.
One of our coaches also runs ad hoc blocks of Virtual Run Club, an opportunity to train in your own time but with a set session plan and benefiting from occasional in person sessions and Zoom weekly meet ups for feedback.
Thursday Run Club is an informal hour-long session at 19:00 from Costa in Caversham. We are currently looking for runners to lead this group session.
CLUB RIDES
Club group rides are usually led from the Reading Lake Hotel on Sundays at 8:30am, of varying distances and speeds depending on the ride leaders available. These are posted on TeamApp and usually include a café stop, but again this is up to the discretion of the ride leader. Routes are shared in advance via TeamApp.
